  • Custom orders, including but not limited to apparel, promotional items, and printed materials, are subject to specific design and approval processes. Customers are responsible for approving final proofs before production. Once approved, changes cannot be made.

  • Custom products are non-refundable unless defective or incorrect due to our error.

3. Payment

  • Payment is required at the time of order placement unless otherwise agreed upon. We accept various payment methods as outlined on our website.

  • All prices are subject to change without notice.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • We offer standard and expedited shipping options. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on location and shipping method chosen.

  • Copy Center & Services Inc. is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or circumstances beyond our control.

5. Cancellations & Returns

  • Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placement. After this period, cancellation is not guaranteed, especially for custom items.

  • Refunds are only available for defective products or errors made by Copy Center & Services Inc. Custom orders are non-refundable unless faulty.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All designs, logos, and content provided by Copy Center & Services Inc. are the intellectual property of our company and may not be used or reproduced without prior written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • Copy Center & Services Inc. will not be held liable for any damages or losses resulting from the use or inability to use our products or services.
